Tot School - The Letter H

Tot School

~E is 30 months old~

This post is actually for last week.  We were so busy this week we didn't do much other than read lots of books and talk about fire engines.  Last week was based on the the letter "H."  We read books about Hippos and Horses.  We also watched videos of horses.  We also colored our "H" themed coloring page.  (We do that for each letter we work on.)  As usual we read lots and lots of books.  Our favorites these days are anything to do with fire engines and the "See with Me Bible."

Other activities include:

Making a craft to match the lessons at Sunday school.  Here he is gluing pom poms onto a fish shape.  I instructed him to keep the balls inside the fish... and he actually did it!

We worked on our shapes and had some more gluing fun to turn the shapes into "H" houses.

Cutting with scissors.  He's getting better at that as well.

Sorting colors into groups.  Yet another gluing activity.

Finding different letters.  "H" in this picture.

Measuring Mimi's foot.  Everything he measured that day was "2", except for e who was "6".

Reading "David and Goliath" with Mimi
