~E is 31 months old~
We based our activities this week around the letter M. Of course I had several non-M activities around to play with as well, but he didn't choose those. As usual we watched some videos about M animals... monkeys and manatees. We also read several manatee books.
We put Money into E and e's piggy banks. We talked about how God is the true owner of our money and that He wants us to make wise decisions about how we spend and save our money. The piggy banks are collecting coins for their college savings accounts. Every penny counts right!
Gluing marshmellows in the shape of an M from No Time for Flashcards. E loved it!
He enjoyed it so much he wanted to do it again, so we did and we added a moon the second time.
E has really been into painting lately, so here we made a moon and stars.
More M painting.
Here he is tracing his hand. His own idea.
This week we worked on learning how to fold laundry. He loves it and is now able to help fold e's cloth diapers.
Shape, size and color sorting
We worked on brushing our teeth at the sink in the bathroom.
More writing. He was able to draw an H! Then he turned it into a ladder. He spends much of his self-entertained time writing.
Apprentice in training, e was doing "pre-tot-school" one afternoon while I was cooking dinner. Here she is experimenting with a a cup and ice cubes.
Playing together.
What a great week!!! I love the picture of him tracing his own hands :)
